Rally organizers say they hope to bring more than 2,000 people to Annapolis to protest $94 million in spending reductions for schools statewide.
The rally is scheduled for Monday evening in front of the Maryland State House. Susan Fothergill, co-chair of the Baltimore Education Coalition, said organizers have arranged for more than 100 buses to bring participants to Annapolis.
