not sure if this has been brought up yet but dont you find it a little weird that they would be so strict on the miss use of there web page. befor you even enter they warn you and at the bottem of the page they warn tou could the be up to something.

Ahh...they test missles there.


The EA analyzes the environmental im-pacts of conducting two developmental tests for theLong Range Air Launch Target (LRALT) System. Thefirst test would involve dropping an inert missile froman aircraft into a designated area on U.S. Army YumaProving Ground (YPG), Arizona.
