I see nothing in either picture that screams 'aircraft carrier' except the obviously near complete one in the top picture. Interestingly it appears to have both an angled deck and a ski jump!

The one to the right is definately a Russian aircraft carrier. You can tell that by the shape of the island and the ski jump at the bow. Didn't the Chinese purchase one of the old carriers?
It could be the Minsk. read the following article. Also intereting, our good allies the French apparently tried to goveone to China as well.
