popup ads on ATS.

Im sorry if this has already been started,but to this point i have closed the ad for "bulletstorm" a grand total of 47 times before i could even get to board business and questions.Im all for ATS getting ad revenue,but this is getting ridiculous.

No,my machine is not infected and i do run with a firewall.

its a rollover ad, im wondering if they get paid everytime its "rolled over" in which case they have easily made $50 on me.

everytime i move my mouse from tab swtich to page content (new topics) it rollsover.

I actually sent a complaint off via my tools as I didn't want to start a thread about it.
Not to mention that I wasn't sure if I could get past tools out onto the board to start a thread without bullet storm hijacking the board anyway.

Seeing as this thread is here, I might as well add my thoughts.
I actually bypassed the huge ad via an old ATS google link and logging in that way.
Have no idea why that worked or how it bypassed the megasized screen takeover, but it did.
Until it get fixed, maybe you should try that when you want to visit.

Google abovetopsecret + subject title and then come in via a google link.

Why not put it in the far left corner instead???

I've done my bit, I've seen the add...Once is enough...

Dont have any such issues here...except maybe once in awhile passing over a spot triggering one....

IMHO ATS needs money to support this free website.

I personally click on some adds from time to time to show my support to ATS.
