Those little bright flashes are stars/planets etc. and that's how all stars/planet etc. should look like from the ISS since it is in constant motion orbiting the earth 1x/90 min.
sorry but who can read has a clear advantage.
1. Video Star - Moving Cam
2. Video - Lens flare that moves with solar panel
3. Little Flashed -> Radiation Particles that hits the CCD Panel of Camera.
