Those little bright flashes are stars/planets etc. and that's how all stars/planet etc. should look like from the ISS since it is in constant motion orbiting the earth 1x/90 min.

sorry but who can read has a clear advantage.

1. Video Star - Moving Cam
2. Video - Lens flare that moves with solar panel
3. Little Flashed -> Radiation Particles that hits the CCD Panel of Camera.

Agreed cushysrux. The movement is caused by by camera movement. As far as the "object" goes, a planet maybe?

If this is actual video from today then it is most likely the camera tracking the freighter. It would be traveling the same speed as the station and making its way to rendezvous, hence not moving when the camera moves.

Simple answer.
