Pointless.
There are two sides to this theory, one side
believes there is something beyond what is being discussed in the mainstream while the
other side is
positive that there is not. There is no way for me to respond to any of your points without degrading into the realm of
personal attacks or accusations of bias.
As an example...
I stated...
Odd coincidence that there are histories from several cultures over time that talk about an object approaching from the south and causing
global havoc.
Your reply...
Can you give some information on this? I personally unaware of any such claims regardless of the direction of approach.
You found no mention of Tiamat, Nemesis, Wormwood, Marduk, The Destroyer Star...not even the Sumerian/Sitchin Nibiru? All of these, and many more,
refer to an object that passes through our solar system.
How is it possible to have researched this topic without finding references to ANY of them?
The rest of my responses would unfortunately follow a similar format.
Another poster said it best...If people already have thier minds made up, why bother with these threads? Some of us wish to discuss the possibility,
not argue about it. Every single time a thread on this topic is started it rapidly degrades into PROVE IT type posts on both sides (assuming that it
didn't start there to begin with).
There is no proof that will convince someone who closed to the possibility.
Will anything actually happen?
No idea.
As I have said, there is no way to know for sure
when this may happen if indeed at all. The Mayan's are the only ones who actually
predicted a date and, as mentioned, given how many times our calendar has been changed there is no definitive way to know when the Mayan date will
actually occur on our current calendar. Every other source refers to events that serve as a lead-up.
...but there is a relevant point to be made for all:
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
I'd rather potentially waste MY time looking for evidence
either way, instead of listening to paid-off mouth peices saying 'nothing to
see here' via the MSM (only to be surprised by the truth when they can no longer hide it).
As I said earlier; on one hand you have historical records and evidence from across the globe that stretch back thousands of years. On the other hand
you have the total denial of the last 100 years or so.
There are definitely logical explanations offered in modern times, which is why I
continually say MAYBE.
I have to ask myself a simple question though: Who has a reason to lie to me? Ancients who possiblly lived through this and
tried to
leave warnings for later generations, or the MSM and thier supporters/sources who want to maintain the status quo as long as possible?
There is a life-long friend of mine that makes the best comment on this subject...
I get the same information from my wife and her family that I do from you, except thier info comes from the Bible.
You are both discussing the same thing, just using different sources.
One of the things that I will pack should this actually happen is a hammer and chisel.
I will personally carve a warning in stone for later generations.
