Even if they managed to put out such a film, it would be done in such a way that the average Joe would laugh at it and dismiss it as a fantasy.

I'm beginning to think that even if the Illuminati one day decided to repent their sins and change their ways by releasing the TRUTH and nothing but the truth to people... VERY FEW people would believe them. They would still live in their little bubble, admitted alien contact or not.

Just seems unusual to me to have all these releases coming out in a relatively short period of time. What you guys think?

i was literally just asking myself "how come all the alien movies now" like a few days before this thread was made. surely it is weird but for now can only say it might be mere coincidence? maybe.....

There you have your reason why so many Alien movies went into production. What did you expect after Avatar? A year of romantic comedies?

Apollo 18 looks a cut above anything else I've seen so far, am really surprised not many people on here are talking about it. Yeah it's another evil Alien thing, but for the pure shock/creepiness factor and the way it looks well written and directed it might be what many of the others won't be : a good film.

Cool. Always loved Lego. I have 2 spaceship sets from when I was a kid but they have no alien, just explorer-type astronauts.

And lulz, a reporter in the set... guess he's gonna interview the alien.

Next they will make a Bilderberg/Freemasonry -themed Lego set...

Movies with aliens come out every year, and will continue to come out.

Nothing against the OP, but an observation in general - people make too many connections to too many things. Everything that goes on is not a conspiracy.

I'm not noticing a pattern with extraterrestrial movies other than in a growing global economy filmmakers can't make too many terrestrial nations the bad guys anymore or they risk losing their business. Movie studios now have to look elsewhere for villains or stereotypes. Aliens fit that role well even if they're a subject that has been beaten to death already by show business.

Alien films are nothing new.
