I think it's more to do with the commercialization of hip-hop, as such gets dumbed down - like any other genre of music once it hits the mainstream.

i had a quick look at the article, it was quite long so i was scrolling fast to the bottom just to get an idea of its contents. my eyes caught number 43 on the list and it said "this one cannot be posted here but is available in my book" thats when i decided to close it...
as for hip hop using illuminati symbolism.. i think these guys know what is being talked about in this kind of underground world, and it is great publicity for them. if you type illuminati into google, lady gaga comes out at number 4 or something like that.

Hip hop hasn't been infiltrated by the Illuminati. Money-making record producers have infiltrated hip hop and ruined what was once a great musical genre.
Rihanna is not the Illuminati Queen. Jay-Z isn't the King.
The more imagery suggesting they are is used in their videos, the more people will discuss it, the more exposure they then ultimately get.
Take Rihanna's latest video S&M. There was a thread on here saying it was full of references in it's imagery. However, a respected photographer is now suing because the imagery used is a complete rip off of a series of photos he took had the exact same themes in each shot.
This instantly shoots down claims from the theorists that there was intent to put subliminal illuminati references in there, because all they've simply done is lifted the whole thing from a project of a photographer simply because the imagery tied in nicely with the S&M reference of the song, and it was 'edgy' and 'cool' - whatever words you want to associate with it. Personally I think it looks trashy. And I certainly didn't think "Oh those Illuminati boys are at it again!" but knew instantly when watching it, there'd be a flurry of posts on here. And I was right.

There has been alot of talk on the net about Jay-Z and Rihanna's possible ties with the Illuminati. Use of symbolism etc...in their videos and clothing lines.
Or are rappers using the illumati by jumping on recent books by Dan Brown etc... to cause a stir and sell more records.
are the illuminati real

If they were really a part of the Illuminati, supposedly the most secretive society of people since the Middle Ages, I don't think that they would announce it publicly to the world through their music and videos. For example, in Rihanna's new music video "S&M" there are multiple images of the words "Princess of the Illuminati Slut". Think about it. If they really were a part of this society, and they really did have a secret agenda to brainwash us, do you really think they would come out in the open with it as straight-forward as they do?

I honestly believe that this is what they are trying to do. And I honestly believe it works. Almost everywhere you turn, you see some mention of these pop stars being involved with the Illuminati, and it wasn't by accident. Eminem proved a long time ago that creating controversy is the most effective method to get people's attention. I believe that Jay-Z, Rihanna, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, all of them, are simply taking a different, but just as effective approach at creating controversy to sell more records, build a bigger fan base, and over all gain more attention.
With all that being said, I think Gwen Stefani is the devil. Just pure, pure evil.
