As is the case with many older threads, unfortunately the video is no longer available.
Here is something I stumbled on recently and checking to see if it was posted already found your thread which title wise seemed a logical choice to add it to.
Maybe this is the video you had here originally? Getting closer to making invisibility cloaking a reality. This new skill along with every other back-engineering project from lasers to fiber optics should be enough evidence of aliens. Here is one video I was curious about myself.
