I thought nothing could scare me as much as Qaddafi. Thanks for proving otherwise. As for the thought that it isn't him, I think it is the man is crazy seriously loony. I wouldn't be surprised if he thinks those bullets are manna from heaven, or some sort of god candy. He is that insane.
