We indigenous tribespeople of Terrapin Island have no history of smoking. This filthy habit was brought here by the Mayans whose ancestry can be traced back to Egypt. You are only familiar with the Polynesians, Inuits, Jews, Spaniards and Blacks that the Interior Department Bureau Of Indian Affairs says are native to our homeland. "American Spirit" tobacco products are dangerous drugs sold by genocidal oppressors that my people forbid. The peace pipes you refer to were manufactured by the French and not used by either of my Great Grandfathers Chief Black Hawk and The Confederate Cherokee Chief Stande Waite. My people have always eaten cannabis.

Tobacco is a dangerous drug. Thank you for standing up for us, Jaxon Roberts. The fact that Ozcat is hopped up on nicotine doesn't excuse her from falsely accusing the indigenous Terrapin tribespeople of being drug addicts. She has us confused with the American Indians.

Hi Chief,
I always wondered what they smoked in their peace pipes. At my brother's funeral they were smoking a peace pipe and I wondered what they were smoking. We were after all on St. Paul's East Side, on Payne Avenue.
It was done in a very honorable fashion and the three hundred plus people who attended, from ALL walks of life, were very respectable. I often wondered if they were smoking sage, but I think they just burn that. I am Sisseton-Wapheton and am now finally learning about my heritage because it was kept from me throughout my childhood, until of course the natives started making money off casinos. Poetic justice.

Very well said, Star for you, We as a people have given the government to many opportunities to control us as it is, when we do not agree with something that someone else does, and we push for yet another law to be passed, it inevitably becomes easier for more restrictions to be made, until we have no freedom left whatsoever. I'm not saying we should just be able to do anything we want, but seriously, if it doesn't concern you, then, please mind your own business, cause the next time something is made illegal it might just affect you.

I am sorry to hear about your brother's death and wish you well. I must, however, ask you not to claim to be native. If in fact you were an indigenous Terrapin tribesperson you would know that we don't have casinos or smoke anything. Evidently you are either on a "Spirit Journey" hoping that we share blood or are an American Indian from the Lakota tribe that invaded what is now called Guatemala and slaughtered their way north and east to and then up the Mississippi River and across Wisconsin. My people do not use the dangerous tobacco drug.

The use of the dangerous tobacco drug is not a victimless crime. No one has the right to despoil our ecosystem with this filth. Cigarette smoking is a capital offense.

Anybody on this thread yet figured out how they are going to support with public money several tend of millions of children?

America is a country of criminals that decides what it values through self-interest rather than with a sense of conscience. Every pregnant woman drinks so it must be a legal right because otherwise who will raise their children that might be mentally-retarded because their brains were deprived of oxygen? Similarly, pregnant women can smoke cigarettes because at worse they are exercising their legal right to abort fetuses which must be protected so they don't injure themselves with wire clothes hangers.

Well dang, you got me pegged right. I am Dakota...how'd you know? Please advise me on what is the Terrapin tribe? I like to learn. How come they don't teach this to us? Not from our parents and certainly not in school. To be honest, I don't know what you're talking about when you speak of your tribe.

this has to be a joke right? by your logic any parent who eats fast food should also be unfit as it will inevitably lead to morbid obesity/diabetes/heart failure. i am a smoker. i have two beautiful children, neither of whom know that i smoke, because i don't believe that it is something that they should see at a young age. where else can we go with this? if you've ever gotten a traffic citation for speeding, you should be unfit as a parent due to your reckless behavior, which i would argue is even more dangerous than smoking...

Has anybody in this thread considered that quitting smoking for the sake of their children might be a good thing? I mean would you really let them take your kids before you gave up the habit???

It would take the threat of having your children taken away to get parents to quit smoking. But there is not that threat so I don't see it happening any time soon. Good point, though.

The reason that you don't know about the indigenous tribespeople of Terrapin Island is because the truth doesn't serve your interests coming from an alien tribe of Dakota that also doesn't know its own history choosing instead to believe the fairy tales of Vine Deloria, Leonard Peltier, Dennis Banks, Ward Churchill and Russell Means, trying to summon your white buffalo through a ghost dance to bring about a race war on December 12th, 2012 like you have been easily programmed to because of your Egyptian physiology with a resultant fatalism that doesn't regard the effects of smoking even on your own children. Your cousins the Hopis are more honest admitting they are "island-hoppers" who invaded our home because they wanted to steal what they believed star-coordinates told them was Israel. There is a causal connection between your tribe's tradition of using dangerous drugs like tobacco and the resultant criminal children that you bear.

I just did a search of Terrapin Island native americans and to be honest, I can't find anything substantiated in the historical record of your tribe. Regardless, I respect your opinion and if you think the rest of us are "aliens" then hey, I can't disprove that. But you certainly don't seem to subscribe to our heritage here in America, or as the Anishinabe call themselves, the first people. Or the Mdewakanton, the Mystic people, and the rest of the numerous tribes of North America which deserve respect. You are providing me with no logical links to your words, especially in regards to "your tribe's tradition of using dangerous drugs like tobacco and the resultant criminal children that you bear."At this point I have to question your claim of even being a member of a native tribe in North America.

The illuminati myth of Polynesians, Jews, Spaniards and Blacks as so-called Indians, was created so that no one would know who the actual indigenous people of this continent are and that we are being used as unwilling test subjects for medical experiments including finding cures for illnesses caused by dangerous drugs like tobacco that you freely decide to use. You and your unicorn-hat wearing friend Legitimacy were planted on the AboveNetwork to confuse people with a behavioral science technique taught at the Erikson Institute called "social exclusion" to prevent people of conscience from interfering with the genocide being committed against us. I was conscripted into the genocidal "Indian School" system from first through fifth grade at BlackJack Pershing Army Base in Chicago and during sixth and seventh grade at Fort Hood Army Base outside Killeen, Texas, where most of my friends including my brother, whose slave name was Kenneth Michael Wiggins, were murdered. Ward Churchill, like Elvis Presley and Bill Clinton, was just an "Honorary Cherokee" so he wasn't qualified to write the book "Kill The Indian, Save The Man' which is very incomplete and inaccurate. Indigenous Terrapin tribespeople were slurred as "Indians" and locked up with the descendants, and often the children, of our enemies the Polynesians, Jews, Spaniards and Blacks masquerading as natives who robbed, raped and murdered our people. But you're not even one of them or you would be registered with the Bureau Of Indian Affairs. If as you claim your brother was a crystal meth and coc aine addict and he had been an indigenous Terrapin tribesman living among us we would have executed him because we consider these drugs to be just as dangerous as tobacco.

Nit picking here but maybe the title of your thread should read, " Parents who smoke around their children etc..." ?
The parents can smoke if they want. They just shouldn't do it where any innocent non-smoker may be.
I heartily endorse that!

Tobacco in itself isn't that dangerous. It's the chemicals mixed with it that are. So calling tobacco a 'dangerous drug' is inaccurate. Unless you mean commercial tobacco that is mixed with all sorts of nasties?
