Well its more that they are trying to test for toxins, oil, radiation, finding their way into our food supply

If the government or military wanted to research livestock to the extent of these mutilations they would simply in the name of science come around and pick it up take it and do as they please with it. Maybe even compensate owners for it, no this is done with only one purpose, to add to the conspiracy that is NASAs alleged coverup of obvious flying alien, blood sucking, mutilating lizards from far far away.
Alot of intelligent people not only believe but are convinced in the ufo coverup because they either cant believe in a god or they do believe everything they saw on star trek.
I ask you to ponder one question each time you are on a ufo/alien topic, if the government for watever purpose wanted to convince the public of a ufo/alien existence would they be able to do it?

The reason they would not tell that they are testing for toxins in the food supply as there would be panic about this

Why wouldn't they just send undercover agents to livestock auctions and simply buy the animals and test them later? It doesn't make sense to send teams of "black helicopters" or whatever to steal the animals and risk exposure.

The "cattle mutilation" stories rely on flimsy evidence to back up their wild claims. For every person claiming the animal injuries are caused by "high-tech lasers" there are a dozen experts who say they look like normal animal bites and the like.

It is designed to look ominous and anomalous and threatening and scary and mysterious. It is orchestrated that way to bring in more funds behind the scenes to a national security threat of an alien invasion. The alien abduction thing is part of this phony threat. This is all human. Electromagnetic technologies - mind control and lasers. People like Colonel John Alexander and his "non-lethal" weapons operating out of Los Alamos and the like - this is all a theater designed to benefit the military industrial complex and the rogue group operating behind the scenes like a cleptocracy.

There is a lot of good feedback in this thread. If it is the government who mutilated all cattle, then the government has technology of UFOs. Animals have been very aware of the UFOs and very scared of them, they intuitively know what the mutilating UFOs are looking for. Ever since the fall of 1973 in Kansas there appear two culprits - UFOs and black helicopters. The mutilations from black helicopters left clamp marks around the cows legs and the cows bones were broken from being dropped. The mutes from UFOs were different, the animal would be paralyzed with its legs sticking up in the air, the whole body drained of blood, and no predators would come near it. There were some towns who saw more UFOs than helicopters, but most had sightings of both. In the present time there are still mutes in the US but humans have been seen doing them with invisible black helicopters.

My conclusion, the mutilations done by UFOs were actually aliens, and the government went in behind them to make people think it was them. It then makes more sense that there could have been some kind of treaty with the grey aliens.
