He's a Goth who happens to like the vampire look and aesthetic. Some goths are drawn to the darkly romantic themes in vampire related literature and film. I'm pretty sure he's not actually a minion of the

Having been a gothy type myself in the irresponsible days of my youth (about five years ago) I can say that there are oodles of poor maladjusted sods out there who think they're vampires in some way, shape or form. Be they old school "I vant to drink your blood" types, or the more New Agey "psychic vampire" types, most of them generally give it up when they realize they need to take the fake fangs out if they want to ever have a job.

Ultimately, stories of real vampires will be as enduring as people still worrying that Hitler is still alive... a somewhat frightening thought, but unable to really stand up to any scrutiny.

Fun fact folks: Hitler would be in his one twenties at this point. Be it Argentina or a bunker beneath Berlin, der fuhrer is DEAD.
