20 Lies in Bush's speech

When someone states an opinion is evidence of a lie he is himself lying not just to others but to himself.

We can talk about politics and history and any other subject, which relates to these issues. We can render opinions on what we think is happening, but in the context of these matters.To start making accusations
based on the absolute validity of these statements because of what was said in one article of what was
done by some person is crazy.

Facts are facts can�t say I see many here is respect to
claims the US is the bad guy and Europe is the good guy.

The facts are 12 years ago Saddam was ordered to disarm and it was never completed. Making excuses about what, were, why and how are irrelevant. It was made clear then that, he threw them out because they were finding WMD (this stated by UN inspectors).

Facts are that Saddam Hussein used chemical weapons against his own people.

Facts are that Saddam Hussein finances suicide bombers.

Facts are that Saddam Hussein fired Scud Missiles at
Kuwait (during this war).

Facts are several thousand Iraqi Soldiers have surrendered.

Facts are that dead US soldiers were displayed on television in degrading positions.

Facts are that Germanys entire military/industrial complex has been supporting Iraq in respect to weapons development.

Facts are France stands to loose 600 billion dollars
with this war.

Facts are a Russian company has been caught
selling materials of war to the Iraqi's (Russian
goverment is not jumping to their defense).

Facts are the Europeans attempted to appease
German expansion and because of this, were
almost wiped out.

Facts are that despite Saddam Hussein has claimed not to have WMD. Every person who has defected since hostilities were becoming apparent, has stated he is lying (all of these prominent people in his government)

Facts are several disallowed items, were discovered by Hans Blix and specifically one of them was not openly disclosed. One, which was designed to carry chemical weapons

Facts are North Korea, Vietnam, Bosnia, Libya, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Palestine, Mogadishu, Germany, Ireland and Japan, are all countries in the Easter Hemisphere. While Grenada, Cuba (where an actual war was not fought between US and that countries troops), Panama and Columbia (where at present we do have 100 troops supporting the government).

The issues with Cuba and Columbia are related to communism again an Eastern Hemisphere issue.

Now here is an example of an opinion. Do you think the Germans were motivated into assisting the Iraqies to the extent they did, because they were a threat to the Isrealies?

POW are not made, they are captured in war and held under certain rules. Non of which were being followed during a war declared by the United States which Iraq has acknowledged as same.

In general you seem to have very little in terms of actual reasoning in preparing your response. For the record the information is respect to Scuds/missiles fired at Kuwait, my point was Iraq is using missiles
against Moslems.

PS: Fact it has been reported that in Saddams most recent speach he praised the activities of a Military unit
which had already surrendered (earlier this week).
