Ok this is a very interesting video that looks at the emotional, social implications of robotics behind war. I am familiar behind the technology but you need to see the humanity behind it. Very very informative movie.

Ah damn, it is an amazing video, really really asks the basic questions about sending robots into war. Maybe you can watch via proxy service.

Its a lecture by the guy who wrote "wired for war" It was broadcast by the australian broadcasting company, also it may be on FORA.tv

Very interesting vid.

I think there are some important issues facing our times regarding robot in our future wars. I think it is undeniable that man will rapidly be replaced by robotics.

The comment he made of the 19 year old specialist flying drones and becoming a trainer. How officers of F-22 looked at him with disdain. The analogy of knights realizing peasants now carried guns is pretty damn good. Seeing the future of things to come, and knowing you are the old guard.

"You have to ask: It is us or them, wired for war?"
