Of course they took the core samples at depths from the surface, but where does it say the core samples showed uranium at 212 feet?

I've been hired to take core samples before and in my experience the equipment operators are great guys but they don't know that much about geology, radiation, or nuclear physics. One investigator said that what's needed are notes from a Conoco engineer about what they found, but other than making that observation, I don't see where he ever followed up on that.
