Well it's 11:10 and I see no effect, I am disappointed. Btw I live in the middle of no where and have no access to any radios or GPS. No jk, I am giving you a hard time. There always could be a long term effect, but I suspect nothing like this will happen at least until 2012.

nothing going on in oregon really clear after two days of snow though....moon is exremely bright as well and is giving off the illusion of being bigger as well!

Better video from midnight to 4am GMT of our magnetosphere. It starts putting pressure our shield around ten to one.

Its still pounding us but 4 hours is enough fun for one night for me

Maybe this is why there was a bright, full moon at 6:30 this evening. Maybe it's just me but that seemed kind of bizarre and out of place.

Central new york here, powers on sat tv's working, great picture. Only problem as always socked in with cloud cover so don't know if the aurora borealis is going on.

Im trying to get the moon on my camcorder but it just won't do it, a big blur it cant focus :-(

Is it a red ring around the moon,,,,, or is it a redish hue all around the moon,, there is a difference,, think front back.

Please give your locations as to where you see these guys, I live in Arkansas and nothing as far as rings around the moon at all. Looks kinda reddish/orange when the clouds go over the moon and that's it here. Seems normal as far as I can see

All's well in ne ohio. A bit to cloudy for space looking tonight though. 57 deg is a nice change.
