I actually know that one, I've seen SSLYBY in concert... I think they opened for Yellowcard. Good band and song

This song makes you want to open your arms to the heavens, so epic. Lovers of Tool would certainly appreciate the melodic complexity of Karnivool; Ian Kenny is a tremendous vocalist. As for the post above ^ ..can't say I'm too familiar haha.

Some Iron & Wine and Matt and Kim should do it. Even though Matt and Kim are decidedly not folk at all. Just indie as all hell.

I like the progression of Say Anything over all the albums, but I think my current favourite is probably In Defense of the Genre.
