2 Quick Questions

1) Is it me or is the board really slow tonight?

2) Why can't I get the posts to fit on my screen. I have tried resizing the text (does not let me), viewing in full screen, changing the size of my desktop etc. I don't like having to scroll from left to right to read the posts. Also some posts seem to go further off the screen than others.

What gives?

Whats your screen resolution? I set my to 1152 x 864 pixels. To set your resolution to a larger size go on your dektop, right click on it, go to properties, go to setting, and on the bottom set your resolution.

The board seems to be running fine for me. I am not sure why it would be running slow for you.

As for the page size, is your screen resolution set to 1024x768? That is the resolution that the board is designed for.

I'm also on broadband (cable). I feel really sorry for dial-up tonight!

Yes well...um.... thanks...but it's not exactly my first computer.

Why did you set you resolution so high. Is that what it takes to properly view ATS?

I have never seen one of those "ATS is best viewed with xyz set to abc" type of statements here.

ATS is slow for me today even with a cable connection.

Thanks I will do that.

BTW what refresh rate would you guys recommend for the higher resolution? I can "sense/see" a flicker on my screen. I used to get headaches at 800x600 until I upped my refresh rate.

Must be my provider or the area of the county I'm in.
