Documovie? I have to take issue with this as well as the comparison to Erin Brockovich.

Brockovich was a Movie based on real characters, played by actors.

Gasland was a film documentary. I know you said you only watched half, but I watched all 143 minutes and I can assure you there were no credits listing anyone playing a part.

I accept your point entirely. My remark was directed to 9Cib27 and was intended to convey to that person that what they were implying was wrong, in other words that the film was about facts. This was the reason for the parallel to Erin Brockovich (and I got that name wrong as well) My apologies if that came across wrong. A documovie as I understand it does not necessarily imply actors, but I may be wrong. I considered it the same as a film documentary. There was no intention on my part to belittle the film as I am sure you will be aware.

Seems they are giving out the same kind of news in Arkansas that they gave to Louisiana during the oil spill.

Hi Pm, and Daisy, good evening! Just wanted to find out if the two new quakes since I laid down for a nap a bit ago... have been documented here? I mean Florida and Alabama?!!!

I am just waking to this news and am flabbergasted.

PM is there a direct connection and how could we have an EQ which spreads across in that line? It was like a wave I am guessing right? Somewhere here on this thread it was discussed how these could be have a ripple or wave affect and that meant something different than one that jolts.

It's about Earthquake prediction. it doesn't have very many good options, it seems as though animals know the best overall. Something about "earthquake clouds" too

Has anyone seen anything posted on the EQ I felt here in Greenbrier a little before 5:30 this evening? It was a pretty good jolt followed by several smaller ones but I haven't seen anything about it.

Florida yes - it was noted as such but appears to be in Alabama. I am trying to find a map of the connection and yes there is a connection.

You know it, and interestingly enough I was thinking about our conversation that night, just in the past week, and was happy to see an update on your work after that, then all these swarms began and yes I even linked to a thread of mine on this thread last night.

The damage has been done and the responsibility falls on the American tax payer, and the long term affects for all.

I know this will be an unpopular question but I in retrospect have actually wondered if the whole BP thing could have been created to alleviate pressure in the first place to thwart a catastrophic NM event. I realize that it is grasping at straws but I do have moments where i still believe in goodness, truth and light.

There have been four small quakes after a bit of a lull. They're not big enough to show up on the big list, but they're quakes nonetheless. It's interesting that activity may renewing again now that the moon is rising.

Seems that perhaps the damage is not done enough.

I just came across this article about the US offering to frac all over the world (presumably so they can 'acquire' the gas)

The US has certainly put the cat among the pigeons of the natural gas world! Hosting a 2 day conference in Washington, some 20 nations fell over themselves to attend as the US offered its full cooperation to develop shale gas and coal bed methane projects around the world.

Thanks Robin, I'm a little puzzled though. The one I felt earlier was one of the stronger ones I've felt this week and I've felt a lot. It sounded like a distant thunder boom then rattled the house pretty good. It was strong enough my daughter called me from across town to ask if I had felt it.

I had mentioned earlier re Deep Water Drilling as a possible threat...DWH was on a fault that connects to the New Madrid...please correct me if I'm wrong...
I could be wrong but I think the New Madrid follows down south into the Gulf. Currently there is drilling going on of relief wells. They have been going on for at least a week, in regards to a well leak 10 miles from Deep Water Horizon. Look at how much pressure is involved, all the fluid & mud being injected & forced down at high pressures. The Macondo area had sea water, mud, tools, junk-shot & what ever else forced down into the well creating enormous pressure fracturing the sea floor. Then more pressure was added by BP doing pressurized grouting into the floor to try & cover their tracks...grouting everything from cracks to craters. BP has never left the area, 2 drilling rigs have been at MC 252 since the capping as well as other ships.
Not trying to be off topic...all this I think can possibly tie in to the big picture.
