Looking for practicioners of dragon magick.

When I first look at your title....a Japanese manga pop inside my head...it's called "Fairy Tail" the main protagonist is an abandoned child who foster by a dragon....the dragon teachs him his magics: how to control fire, eat it, manipulate it at will.
Turn out you are talking about Druid/ Wiccan magics
