"stargate"

I read something a while ago about what was thought to be some sort of "Stargate" inside a South American/Latin American temple structure. In the room there was a hallway-like passage that ended in a wall, and a place that appeared to be a receptacle for some kind of key mechanism.
If you guys know anything about this, I'd really like to find out where it is.

Actually thats a good question. Is there any truth / history to the stargate story, or is it a total fabrication from hollywood.

If there is a tradition of it do they have better plots than the TV series, they are getting pathetic...

I cannot remember where I heared of this or even read of it, but I do remember hearing /reading something about Saddam having in his possession the portal to the Stargate & that Dubya and his sidekicks want to obtain it. Has anyone heard about this?

I think I remember reading something on how the U.S. Gov't was able to create a "viewing portal" of other dimensions. From what I remember it ìfrightened and intrigued themî I will look for the article, however, I donít think it was from a reputable news source.

This story may exceed what you are accustomed to consider as reality. But because advanced research and development into extraterrestrial-derived technology has taken place for the last 50 years out of public view, the popular view of reality is almost five decades behind actual scientific achievements. An ex-NSA consultant who has been reliable in the past informs me that government scientists working at Los Alamos "Nuclear" Laboratory, NM have succeeded in generating a holographic portal. This research would be a follow-on to previous secret government successful research into time travel and teleportation, Los Alamos physicist Robert Lazar told about the government's Project Galileo research into time travel, which he was briefed on when he worked at the S-4 Base south of Area 51.

My NSA contact confirmed that the government has succeeded in time travel, but also considers it a dangerous technology. Teleportation research conducted at the Lawrence Livermore/Sandia National Laboratories, CA has had some successful results, as well. Certain extraterrestrial races have been using portals of their own devising to visit earth. Now the U.S. government, ever avaricious to copy ET technology, has created a primitive but working model of its own. Dr. Wen Ho Lee, nuclear scientist in the headlines, worked on that holographic portal project, along with other scientists. You will recall that Dr. Lee was accused by the government of copying U.S. "nuclear secrets" onto a non-secure computer tape. My ex-NSA consultant indicated that the plea-bargain was achieved because Dr. Lee, like so many who work in National Security areas, created a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card for himself. These scientists uses self-protective measures such as stashing information embarassing to the government in safety- deposit boxes or with trusted friends, with the proviso that if anything should happen to them, the contents would be shared with the press. The efforts of his family and many friends, and the Asaian-American community also helped create a public climate where Dr. Lee was not going to serve quietly as a sacrificial lamb.

Well, those aren't the things I was referring to, but its all interesting. I think I found the info during a search for "crystal skulls," so I'm gonna try and repeat my steps. I'll post what I find....

So are you saying that the crystal skull and a stargate go hand in hand? sounds interesting, I think there's a thread on the skull.

From the info I got on Los Alamos, Dr. Lee was being used as a scapgoat. The fire that was supposedly set as a mistake of the forestry department was ordered set for the purpose of evacuating the facility. Then, this info on the drives were missing and eventually found in the copy room, I think I heard. Again, this was just here say but word had it that the order to set the fire came from very high up and all this had been planned to get that info out. I have no idea how far up the ladder it went but some have suggested it went to the top. I was led to believe it was more in the order of smuggling nuclear military research out to China who had made substancial campaign contributions to the DNC.

Don't bother with the stargate, I have watched all the programs and have come to te conclusion that they all lead to a country scene in Southern California. The people who make the series are totally unimaginative!

Well back to the original question, in case anyone new shows up - what do you know about the "stargate" temple in South America? So far I haven't found that article I'm looking for, or even something close to it.
