Is it just me or are the avatars all gone?

I have been wondering if something is wrong on my end, or if avatars don't show up anymore.

Sorry if this is posted but I didn't see any discussion about it.

The funny thing is that there are no avatars or background showing up on either of my laptops, the ipad or my droid.

I had this same problem the other day.

I used both Firefox and Google Chrome on Windows Vista, and not only did the avatars not show up, but images that were posted in threads didn't either.

It must have just corrected itself, because the next day it was fine.

If you can grab a copy of FASTSTONE image capture you can copy anything seen or your desktop.

On my laptop I press 'CTRL + Prnt Scrn' keys together then go to Paint, click 'edit' then click 'paste'. You should be able to save it to your pictures folder. (Assuming you have Windows)

Go here:

Scroll down and check the "hide avatars" setting in your account.

That should fix it.

same problem here guessing around three months now around the same time the blonde chick avatar took over everones, cannot see mine when pasted properly nor anyone elses

I was on the site earlier via my Droid and I saw the avatars and all graphics perfectly fine...

Are you using the mobile site or the regular site? I think the mobile site m.abovetopsecret.com is minus all the graphics/avatars (but im not positive)

The member account settings are set to hide avatars... see my posts above.

I can't even figure out how to set my Avatar. I log in and try to view the "how to" vid and can't get it to load . . . arghhhhh

This wasn't the issue when I had the problems the other day.

I don't hide member avatars, and images that were posted in threads weren't showing up, either.

I'm just wondering whether the original member was afflicted by this same problem, rather than an issue with the ATS settings.

Either way, I'm glad that he's apparently got it sorted.
