WMD In San Diego?

Ran across this today and it certainly raised my brow. There is no question that the officer being interviewed is aware of some WMD's in San Diego!

Though, I wouldn't be surprised if WMDs are being smuggled into the country. There's been some threads on Al Qeada/ Jihad ( some radical groups) obtaining nuclear weapons. Only way they can possibly win a war against America is through terrorism. Killing you from the inside.

Wouldn't right this off is just being fear mongering. It's a possibility.

Others will probably say it's some false flag operation. Who knows

Had not seen the video yet, but I heard the interview on the radio. Talk about dancing around the question! Didn't give me a very comforting feeling at all, thats for sure!
