Sig & stuff

I can't figure out how to make a Signiture or change my info or how to put up a little picture (i think you call it a Avator or something) can anyone help me???

First, the link in the upper right, Control Panel is where you can modify all aspects of your profile.

Als, in the black menu-bar above, the tutorial link launches a pop-up window with Flash tutorials that will help.

Sorry you're having dificulties sb.

If you want to acreate signature, go to Control Panel (near where it says "Logged in as...." and from this screen, go to Edit Profile. You'll see a text box where you can type your signature.

talking of signatures I just noticed on Avatar and Signature Guidelines

It states (Signature):

"GIF and JPEF file formats for any images with a maximum dimension of 500 pixels wide by 50 pixels tall. "

I have noticed a few are larger than the stated dimensions not in length, but in height. So I was wondering if these aren't them, then what are the allowed dimensions?

no those ARE the dimensions. we ocassionaly overlook a signature image or two from time to time as we get busy/distracted doing other thigns that require our attention, but rest assured those are the maximum dimensions.

Going on from what genya said, you have to click the word "Edit Profile" first:

Step 1


click the "Control Panel" button as shown



Step 2


Click the "Edit Profile" Button



Step 3


Scroll down the page until you see the Signature box, and insert your text here, then click the "Edit Post" button
