Map of Humanity

This is a find i made whilst researching something else and thought i would share.

Every city of the world is placed onto this map in relevance to each cities human emotions, states of mind, characters, achievements, trials, and tribulations throughout history.

ive had a good look at that map and to be honest, it just confused the hell out of me???

it is completely jumbled up, and even has fictional places.. from lord of the rings and even narnia!

It seems they were having some fun when they made it.
If you could move your town or city to a place on this map, where do you think it should be?
i think this is more the point. The people and culture of places deserve to be somewhere else where it will blend nicely with others that share similar traits.

Basically categorising the globe.

Well, could have been a good idea.

However, spotting the city of Zion in the land of Wisdom, next to Nirvana, Justice and Freedom, cozily situated in the Bay of Truth, just did it for me

Waste of time, move on...

What we really need is an accurate map of the world and its electrodynamics, overlayed with the major human populations, combined with a set of statistics on crime rates, education, population, wars, influential people, etc, in order to find some kind of correlation. I would imagine that certain places with more "energy" would generally be the more civilised areas, however, those with little would be the uncivilised areas. Furthermore, areas that experience significant fluctuations over time might represent areas that experience the greatest number of wars and chaos.

Looks like most of the vacation destinations are in the southern hemisphere.

As it should be.

You could make a killing on timeshares on the Lust pennisula. The brochures write themselves.

I'd like to see if there is a very high quality scan of the map, it looks pretty amusing.

you could try saving the image and looking at it on your system rather than through a limited browser.

Poverty should take up a much larger portion.

According to that map, the majority of the world is in the bad side of the globe. Could that represent that the majority of our world is like that as well?

Would be just scary to see the nation Abomination...

I'd have to live in Alexandria.. Can't find Empath isle
but there are certainly some very interesting places.
Can't see too many 5 star hotels knocking about in abomination, but i bet there's a lot over in Cardigan bay stretching around to marquis de sade bay..

At least this way you could be sure you knew where everyone was.

Would be a strange place to live I suppose..
