Some kind of modern day Phoenix over Germany? If it's a contrail reflecting the sunset it isn't really symmetric enough for a single plane. Could be a formation of several craft with a video edit/termination preventing their identification. Otherwise we do indeed have a rare video capture of something more unlikely and exotic such as a satellite or meteor burning up.

yes I have it filmed until it fizzles out behind the clouds and buildings - there is nothing more to see - I can post it but it's not really worth it. I was waiting for a massive impact but nothing!

I have also asked for an exact location...waiting for a reply!

If Phage were still around he'd say it was a plane. I really don't think this one's a plane though.

But contrails spread over time..
This one appears thicker at point of origin which is a little odd for a contrail..

I know you said 'contrail' in the beginning and I didn't want to say anything to you but I am just having a hard time even pretending there's a plane in there somewhere.

According to the explanation from the supposed videographer, he said he lost it as it went behind the clouds before it came closer to the ground.
Contrails don't come closer to the ground because we all know, it takes a certain altitude to even produce a water vapor trail.

i saw something similar a few years ago driving home. It was like molten metal falling from the sky and it left a deffinate trail behind it too. It looked like it went into the sea although it was hard to tell from were i was. The ony difference was this thing was in two tone colour. the trail stayed in the sky for the rest of my journey home kinda lingering and slowly dispersing. me friend saw it too. made no noise that i could hear and it kind of moved gracefuly even though it was falling. I live in a very remote place sometimes fighter planes test here i thought maybe it was something to do with them.
