Dump internet explorer.

Get Firefox with the NoScript and WOT (web of trust) add ons.

Get a decent firewall and anti-virus.

I doubt ATS is causing your problems. I've been a member for seven years and never had a problem with ATS.

It just happened again.

This time I was editing a reply I made and this screen came up and said

The FBI has shut this site down......

It looked like the page when Pokers Stars got shut down........

It just happened when the girlfriend got up and walked by. She told me I need to quit going to ATS.....lol

Then I noticed it said Wat If in small letters in the upper left hand corner of the screen........

Has anybody ever seen this?

What the hell was that?

About the screen saying the FBI has shut down the website, it's put up there by those who run ATS to help make others aware of SOPA. It's not a real notification. It's just an image that sometimes shows up. You can ignore it, it's nothing malicious. As for you getting stuff from ATS that's malicious.. Perhaps you are already infected elsewhere and you are just getting messages popping up at just the right times so it appears to be ATS causing it. I've been lurking here for quite awhile and I've never gotten any sort of messages about malicious content.
