Yes I noticed his background as well. Given his background and all of the "hush-hush" around this - it is sounding more and more like he was either a government spook or a "hired spook". ie - He contracted himself out to the government through this company.

Which if you dig a little deeper you find that the business address listed for his company..

well just so you know
I have spoken publicly in this forum many
times stating my opinion that the CIA needs
disbanding.

The CIA is an outdated leftover of the Cold War
and needs to be retired. However, it makes too much
drug money. So basically the CIA has turned into
a secret mafia that will never be prosecuted in any
court of law.

UPDATE:

it seems I was either correct in my op here
or either ISI reads my threads here at ATS.
Now ISI is saying the same thing, that he is
CIA.
