Lisa, there are many of us here who appreciate all the work that you have been into this very fine thread. It is a great topic and I, like many, appreicate your continued update and work.

Please don't be dissuaded by posters who put down your reports, as for them, it won't matter how much evidence you provide them, it will never be good enough. Even if there were photos, some will come in and say photoshopped.

I find it best just to ignore them, unless there is a legitimate question that can be answered, but just to broadly claim that it can't be true and expect you to defend yourself is just trolling activity.

I agree with Julie, who's to say that this phenomina isn't true! I do remember hearing on a show from the history channel about a tunnel in egypt that seemed to be blocked by some type of energy force near the area of the Pyramids, this would co-incide with the stories about the Bulcegi Phenominon. There was also a 15 minute segment on the Sci Fi channel about eh Hoia Baciu forrent in the same region that exhibited strange happenings such as making people sick when they went into the forrest and the feeling like someone was watching you. I have to say that in many cases there is no concrete evidence to back up lots of stories but for those who experienced it there was no question about the reality of the event. I have read that the Bulcegi area does exhibit very strange magnetic anomolies that can't be explained away. I look foward to any new information that Lisa can bring to light after all she lived in the area and no one here is better equipped to help explain what this is all about.

Romania has been well known to use a variety of methods to attract tourists in any form as that government has paid for and sponsered a variety of Created Sensationalistic Discoveries by having people actual build things such as fake ancient ruins and the like.

Romanian officials sponser and support such things as they are desperate for money and for a while until it became bankrupt and is now for sale...a castle reported to be Dracula's...a national hero...was setup as a Tourist attraction for U.S. Horror Fans set on an an adventure for Holloween.

I would not trust ANYTHING that is said to be a discovery in Romania.

The same could be said for the tourism industry in general, they are out to promote their areas so people feel compelled to come and visit. That being said you seem to want to paint all this information with a broad brush when there seems to be some credible points that have been experienced by many people who have nothing to do with the tourism or the marketing industry.

What you say about tourism is true...however...when one is talking about Romania...this country much more so that others is more than willing to use any method or means at it's disposal to create an inflow of money.

This is due to the basic state of despiration that is felt by those in that country that are trying to figure a way to make money.

Thank You! The strange phenomena report is very real because it is experienced by different people and their stories are circulated by the word of mouth because they do not want publicity or anything to do with mas media. Hence you hear stories when a friend or someone went there and something happened but it will never be made public in the newspaper or tv. There is nothing much to do in regards to that.

This will totally goes against the idea of publicity for tourists. I can not really explain this more clearly.

When I saw the show about the channel in Egypt this was the first thing thought of also a good friend of mine once at a dinner mentioned that his father (a secret service colonel under communism) used to talk about something that was discovered underground. When you try to put two and two together you get an idea. It could be all science fiction but they used to believe that the earth being round was science fiction too )

I think part of the problem with any of these happenings that are out on the fringe or things we don't understand is that we as humans have been brainwashed to believe only what the people in power want us to believe. That being said there are far too many things that have happened in the distant past which nobody has any rastional explaination can't simply be dismissed. Keep in mind our ancestors lived very crued lives and wouldn't have any idea of what things that we take foregranted even looks like. So when you see pictures of flying objects on cave walls it can only be something that they have wittnessed and tried to draw pictures of on cave walls.

These people had no precident to go by in trying to explained what they were experiencing. Writing didn't exist unit the Sumarians. I think we have to have open minds in order to help grasp the fact that someone was here much earlier and helped mankind in the beginning come up with some really amazing things

I could pose the same question in regards to Christianity and Jesus but still so many great amounts of people on earth believe in it.

When I started the thread I hoped I will bring awareness on a different kind of story from a different region.

Just recently I believe after first book of Radu Cinamar was published that they were talking about the caves underneath the Sphinx or Giza Plateau and this info is mentioned in his first book.

I am a bit tired in trying to defend this subject as I just wanted to bring some of the info into the forefront

I was hoping that when something is really discovered people can recognize it !

That could also appear to be a plane flying away towards the horizon and disappears behind the darker clouds in the distance.
