There is strong evidence that Romanian territory had an advanced civilization capable of writing that is predating Summer so I would assume that if
something as a Hall of Records would be discovered in the Romanian Mountains should not be a surprise.
There is a story about the hidden tunnels that are crossing the Carpathian Mountains..is an unbelievable story that may explain and proof that this
