that ATS will Never be any help in solving a conspiracy's.
just help hide it.

The only thing more important than finding truth is backing propaganda.
Have you learned nothing...

No fox viewers will watch this video openly..because their religious view of faux propaganda forbids it. They can't..they simply can't.
Good corporate slaves.

Former Fox News employee: "Stuff is just made up"

www.rawstory.com

A former employee of Fox News called the company a "propaganda outfit" that is determined to undermine the Obama administration and Democrats.

"I don't think people would believe it’s as concocted as it is; that stuff is just made up," the employee, whose name was kept anonymous, told the liberal media watchdog group Media Matters.

"They say one thing and do another," the former employee said. "They insist on maintaining this charade, this façade, that they’re balanced or that they’re not right-wing extreme propagandist."

"Anonymous source" means this is plain ol' bullsh*t.

FOXNEWS is #1....the big dog...the big enchilada! Live with it.

As Golmer Pyle would say, "Surprise, surprise, surprise!" This is just too good to be true, the truth coming from anyone who ever worked at Fox News, Wow!

I know that this is not "News" to most reasonable people but it was an actual news story so I posted it here. I also know that those Fox News/Glenn Beck sheeple will jump in her to paint this guy as a mole planted by liberals or something like that but who cares? Sometimes the truth hurts.

Wow, indeed. Looks like you'll buy one person's story hook, line and sinker as the gospel truth without even doing any due diligence on him, just because it aligns with your opinions. You've declared this person's words to be "the truth" without knowing a thing about them, other than they claim to be a former employee. Oh, there's credibility for you.

Now, do I believe that this behavior goes on at Fox? Sure, it probably does. It also goes on at every news outlet in the country, from the smallest market TV stations and newspapers to CNN and ABC News and every other major news organization, as well. So before you hoist some anonymous asshat onto your shoulders and declare that Fox has somehow been outed and their little 'charade' has been exposed, check your facts and try not to be so sensationalistic.

By the way, at least someone has the balls to oppose the socialist mainstream media. Hats off to Fox for pushing back. At least they speak for the majority.

did ANYONE really need a faceless, nameless, former employee to tell us what we already knew?

i don't know what this employee is talking about. nothing is just made up. if you turn over to CNN or MSNBC or NPR or PBS or ABC or NBC or CBS or MTV or COMEDY CENTRAL, they are reporting the same news stories.

now, as for FOX being right-winged, sure. of course they are. it's pretty obvious if you watch it. and if you are a conservative, you will enjoy watching FOX. and if you are a liberal, then you should put on one of the other networks that i listed above.

at least FOX is straight up telling you or they are more secure in their right-wingedness. i watch FOX as much as the others added up. i don't like political correctness. i like correctness.

and the higher up you go in the pyramid, the more the two extremes are saying and doing the same things. which is peculiar since each extreme begins from a polar opposite philosophy. i guess that's why they say "absolute power corrupts absolutely. the lures of evil and power do not discriminate.

FOX News pushes for more war, hatred, cynicism, greed and fear than any of the other networks combined. To compare FOX News with any other network as all being on the same level is just not accurate. FOX employs and controls potential presidential candidates while brainwashing their viewers on extreme levels...and always in the direction of fear, hate, cynicism, greed and war.

I who watch fox already new that they make everything up that's the entertaining part about fox news.

I also watch cnn and msnbc who actually give you real news as it develops.

I try to stay in the middle as an independent.

I agree with some stuff from both sides but fox pushes it to the limits.

Listen to both side and make up your own mind people, its called freedom.

As soon as you take a side you become a hand puppet with a fist up your underside.

I think is was when fox started including American Idol results (their show) as news, kind of sad.

I'm confused. Is this a "bash the media" thread or "bash the conservative media" thread?

Just curious.

See, this is the hypocrisy that pisses me off about the right. ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE "CONSERVATIVE MEDIA"! Their damn tag line is FAIR AND BALANCED, is it not?? How do these facts escape you?

Well, 1) Their not fair and 2) Their not balanced. Come on, is it really not that obvious? I for one am ok with it, I'd rather that they be transparent about their political ties as opposed to trying to hide it.

Its not about "obvious", its about using the taglines Fair and Balanced, when they are obviously NOT, right? But they claim to be the only side giving you a "fair view", and people believe and defend that notion, as shown on this thread!

Then there are the rationalizers like you, "well, it should be obvious they are biased!", and then the next thought that goes with that is "because they are right!", and right there, youve lost any intellectual argument, because your mind is already made up.

its always circular logic with most of you people, and you guys cant seem to break out of it. Rationalize this lie, smooth over this information, laughing it away as "Of course they are biased!!", and then go ape # nuts over a micheal moore movie.

It's not so much that Fox is making up, fabricating, news as much as they are pushing the fear. I was listening to Fox the day Egypt's guy took a hike and for about 2 hours I spent 70% listening to Fox and 30% to CNN. The entire time I listened to Fox it was negative, pushing the "Muslim Brother Hood " is coming to get us and also saying we should keep dictators, by financial support, to influence our American agenda, and this wasn't the guests , but rather the ancor. So much for Freedom and democracy or even having any sort of Christian outloook.

Fox News' mission statement seems to be that only the western world.... I mean Americans.......I mean anglo Americans are smart enough to make decisions reguarding oneself. There is a sever Superiority Complex (I dare say god complex) among Fox and their viewers.

You give American's too much credit. Go to walmart and see what the average person looks like then tell me they are smart enough to make choices for themselves. The simple fact is people aren't making choices-They are just going along and letting life happen to them. That's why it's so easy for Fox to do what it does. People hang on to their old thoughts no matter how wrong they are because it's easy. It's the Snuggie of philosophy.

As for Egypt, they are rather Conservative Islamic people. I do think they will go the way of Iran. Can we do something about that? No. Should we do something about that? No. It's freedom and they have the right to the government they want.

Another poster here mentioned circular logic in this and s/he is completely right. They fuss over liberals in the media yet wholeheartedly accept Fox's BS. They have picked their team, they won't just admit they picked the Republican team. I stopped watching the crap long ago. I'm just waiting for the nukes to start flying.

Well duh!!

Their crap is obviously concocted. I mean, it's nice to see some of their former employees coming out, but it really doesn't take a genius to see the agenda. I just saw a documentary about fox news and they had several former journalists, some disguised, some not, that were saying all kinds of interesting things about this joke of a news channel.

That being said, all media, although not to the extent of fox news, have an agenda.

Seriously, what's happened to American journalism? The only real way to find out real news is through the internet and you need to have the skill of weeding through all the crap to get it.

yeah, ok.

I rarely trust "former employees" who suddenly feel the urge to come forward and trash their previous employer. I really do not trust some anonymous person who makes such bold claims. Maybe this alledged anonymous former employee is a disgruntled CNN employee since FOX ratings are always higher.

edit on February 11th 2011 by greeneyedleo because: (no reason given)

Because you are a conservative and you often defend the conservative superstructure - you are about as
trust worthy as a former employee... Fox ratings being HIGHEST is a great thing!

the MOST MSM of all the MSM!

Interesting that the people who claim to want individuality cling to an entity that engages in group thought

former employees
