Does anyone really need a 'source' other than their own eyes to see that Fox slants one way and CNN/MSNBC slants another? I just think Fox may be more blatant about it - Who's on Fox payroll .

If you want straight news go to the Associated Press (www.ap.org).

ALL news agency's "make stuff up" & fill in the____'s. I care for none, watch none and people are surprised by my knowledge of topics whereas all they get from MSM is the headline and a few opinions...

Like Fox news types calling for Mr Assange's life to be taken from him for the indiscretions of others.

Now, if only we could get similar admissions from former employees at CNN and MSNB. They're likely just as guilty as Faux news, in terms of being propaganda agencies. If that happened, perhaps more people would wake up to the false paradigm we're being force fed.

How predictable. Someone criticizes FauxNews a not three posts in someone trots out the "MSNBC!" 'rebuttal'.

As if other cable news networks also being propaganda somehow exonerates FOX.

Having been a past "disgruntled employee", I'm sorry, but I just cannot put any stock in claims without proof...

Fox more blatant might just be what is needed superficially to balance out the multitude of left leaning sources. Not just two. You can add PBS, ABC, CBS, BBC and on... The reason Faux stands alone is that you don't need multiple streams to sell phony conservative values. Most people are naturally conservative and so there is much empathy toward the superficial Fox selling points. Not everyone has bought into or been fully exposed to the liberal mind ****, er........ I meant to say higher education liberal slant.

One might describe Fox as a one network onslaught with their heavy handed style. I will give you that. They are good at what they do. They cater to their audience as do the others.

“I felt this thrill going up my leg!” - Chris Matthews on listening to Obama

That sounds more like a feel good Oprah quote.

Do we really need Arriana "Whatever Party Pays Me" Huffington to clue us in to the lame presidential candidates on Fox? Are any of these Republicans viable? Do any have a chance? In my opinion no. Here is the one glaring statement from the Huffington Post article:

"With the exception of Mitt Romney, Fox now has deals with every major potential Republican presidential candidate not currently in elected office," Politico's Jonathan Martin and Keach Hagey write.

What does that tell you? Romney is on the fast track. If Romney signs with Fox you can write him off too. Interpret the signs. TPTB often tell us what is coming. It's often right under our noses.

It's cute to see all these people defending FOX news.

As if a corporate organization with foreign controlling interests is actually 'conservative'.

If anything, this just shows how the idea of Conservatism has been co-opted by the Corporations.

And how many ATS members either fall for the facade, or are actively working to keep it up.

While I agree that a lot of Becks tirades are opinion, he does ask that you do not take his word for it. He pleads that you do your own homework and learn for yourself. With that said, I chuckle when someone takes an anonymous source as gospel. Especially a former employee! That is the equivalent to taking Satan's advice on God. I wonder who would be the one spinning the truth there?

A news company being nothing more than a propaganda machine? I am shocked! No... Not really... Honestly, that is all that the cable news companies are anymore. propaganda and ratings machines... Journalism has become a lost art with what seems to be the majority of news companies.

An unnamed disgruntled employee says that Fox makes stuff up...and we're supposed to put ANY stock in that???

Disgruntled employees talk crap about their former jobs...and most of what they say is traditional a load of crap made up in anger...

Besides, exactly what was this person's job at Fox? Reporter? Producer? No...probably an intern that got Beck's coffee and could never remember to add 3 creams (which in his eyes makes you very similar to Hitler).

I hate defending Fox News, but let's stick to criticisms that hold some water.

Only if you think FOX news is "God".

And worship their propaganda as Gospel.

Really, if, at this point in time, you do not know for certain that Fox News is total propaganda, then you are a complete idiot. And saying that MSNBC is also propaganda (it is) does not make Fox News any less guilty of it. As a matter of fact, they are the kings of the genre.

How anyone could support Fox and post on a site where the motto is "Deny Ignorance" is beyond me.

Because so many who post on ATS are merely contrarians. They criticized FOX when Bush was in office, but now that a Democrat is in the WH, they think anything critical of him is the truth.

FOX news makes stuff up!?!? Shocking! Better scream "MSNBC!!" as a defense, as if anyone critical of FOX News worships at the alter of Keith Olberman.

Talk about a big blinding neon sign stating obvious.

MSNBC doesn't make up stuff, they are just very one sided about the way the commentators present the liberal view.
Fox however does totally make up crap. This has been exposed awhile back. Commentator will say some rubbish one night..just a nutty crap claim "Obama may be Stalin..they never found the body". Anyhow, it will be passed off as almost a joke...then following commentators will repeat it, each time changing it a bit to make it less of a joke and more into a serious question.
The following day, the actual news bit will fair and balanced ask if Obama has ever answered the he is stalin charge and note he never denied it...
Suddenly it becomes a epidemic...everyone is asking if obama is stalin (everyone on fox...to them, they are everyone).

they are masters at spreading lies to push forward Rove's agenda. The only thing more pathetic than them are the intelligent people whom fall for it hook, line, and sinker. You will be able to spot them by ignoring the OPs and instead screaming out "But MSNBC..." or "They all lie".

No, they don't all lie..that is simply compartmentalizing and dismissing due to the fact that you are angry you got and continue to get scammed. Begging for ignorance, might as well read about batboy.

Their journalistic license should be pulled and they be forced to be listed as satire.

Egypt as revolted...quick, hoard food before china attacks and install islamic socialism

But it won't be taken seriously until you can put a face with the comments and verify their employment. Until then, it can still be blown off as RawStory making it up or exaggerating.

MSNBC slants...no doubt.
Fox lies.

showing a piece of cake in a certain light and direction is one thing...calling a cabbage a cake is another.

Consider the car salesman describing a old jalope
Sales1: "This car has lots of character and will certainly make your life interesting"
(truth...of course those statements are not necessarily a good thing. character..interesting..a nuclear bomb has that also)
Sales2" "This car is brand new and will go up in value"
(lie..direct and absolute lie.)

You can't say both salesmen are the same...and still be honest with yourself.

CNN is middle of the road, but they have a problem between striking balance, and dealing with faux lies as part of the balance..they almost sound liberal when they dismiss the bold faced lies and propaganda...so they try NOT to. injustice.

Satan would use facts...he would ask you to get past the propaganda and look at the actual works and stats.

If you can get past the programming, you will notice that God is actually one seriously evil fetishist..genocide, torture, death, etc.
What has Satan done? gave mankind civilization, spared people, and only killed like 10 people total, all of em being ones that God told him to kill.

Ya, Satan doesn't need to use propaganda or lies...he would in fact be the person asking you to stop looking at it.

Praise God...and Beck.
(they are different still, right?)

Fox doesn't have to undermine Obama, he does a good enough job doing that himself. Seriously, former employee? Who has anything nice to say about a former employer?
