hi, all
i was wondering if you cold help me find the name on a movie for me. the story is about a couple who is in love and a witch casts a spell and turnes the couple into dolls(wax?). then after 1000 years or 100-200 years the spell is broken somehow and the couple wakes up in our present day. the movie was shown on norwegian tv in 96-97 and it was probably no more then a couple of years at the time. so all help is welcome. ps! you'll have to excuse the bad description as i only have information on this movie second-hand.

Was it a comedy, romantic, fantasy, etc? Time frame or production? Know any of the actors by name? Setting of the film?

Not really much to go on but I was thinking Mannequin.

no it is not chucky. i believe it is a fantasy/drama, but i am not sure. (trying to find this out for my girlfriend) timeframe : not sure between 1985 and 1995 i guess. i do not know any names of characters in the movie. the setting, not sure either but she remembered something about a casino, so vegas one possible location. (i know that vegas isn't the only place with lots of casinos, just the most known one.)

Youre welcome.
I watched the trailer and, uh well, I wouldnt spend too much money on it
Looked verrrry cheeeesy LOL!
But I know, sometimes we get these "urges" to see movies that are connected to a certain part of ones life - I think it lets us relive that particular emotional state of being we had when we first saw the movie.

I get this all time with movies I saw when I was 8-12(pre-puberty) years old.
Sometimes its like a trigger makes you remember parts of a certain film and I gotta track it down, itsweird

Do yourself a favor. Just before viewing, fake a stroke. Even if you hurt yourself on the way down, it will be less painful than sitting through that movie.
The first one wasn't bad but the sequel
