Mubarak: I'll delegate 'some' powers to VP

CAIRO — Egypt's Hosni Mubarak said he had handed some powers to his vice president Thursday, but refused to step down or leave the country, prompting a key opposition figure to warn: "Egypt will explode."

To good to be true I guess. The people are more than PISSED. I have a feeling SHTF now. What a POS to do this for his own personal gain and no concern for his people and now has the Saudi's backing to boot. It's going to get real interesting the next few days. Time for round two, I don't see it stopping this time around until he is completely out of the picture.

I think this just shows that when you have someone in total power
there is little hope of change through peaceful resolution.

If someone of power is to be removed it will have to be through force and a violent revolution.

I am really surprised that he's still alive. Hope he disappears soon, one way or another...
