I have searched and searched again and could not find this on ATS.
Also if i have placed this in the wrong place then please feel free to move it

Right...so on putting random words into a search on google i came across this fascinating invention.

The Dolphin (a.k.a. Sweet Virgin Angel) was the first enclosed submersible watercraft designed and built by Innespace. The Dolphin has been a research and development platform for many of the engineering concepts that have been incorporated into the new Seabreacher. The Innespace Dolphin has performed demonstrations at boat shows and media events throughout the world for the last ten years. The Dolphin continues to perform live demonstrations and can be leased for commercial promotions. Innespace currently has no plans to develop this vessel for public sale.

Absolutely amazing. I would love to glid through the water in one of these things. There are also other designs that you can have.

So what would one of these cost you......

Price for a custom built Seabreacher is dependent on the number of options that a customer chooses, but price tends to range from US$ 65,000 for a standard model to upwards of US$ 85,000 for a high-performance, heavily customized version. We have an extensive list of available options, but any specially requested options can also be considered.
We ask prospective customers to submit a preliminary deposit purchase agreement along with a refundable deposit of $US 1500.00. Once this has been received, we provide a purchase order number and establish an estimated price and construction time for the customer's specified vessel. Customers with registered order numbers are also invited to visit our facility in Northern California to see our operation and our watercraft first hand.

So if you have a spare $1500.00 for a deposit then you could have one of these babies within around 90 days from purchase

That thing is sweet. I would love to have one.

Hahaha, that thing is amazing.

Edit: After reviewing my customization options, it appears as though the answer to my original question is "NO." However, the saving grace is the ipod adapter. Im back in line!

that thing is cool.
would need to customize it with some sort of torpedoes or underwater canons though.
we need to stick with the real issues here.
is there a compartment for my bugout bag?

Looks fun . jus read some of the comments ...

"IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GETTING ONE...JUST LOOK AT ALL THIER ADS AND POSTS ON YOUTUBE...EITHER THEY DISABLE COMMENTS OR SUBJECT THEM TO REVIEW BEFORE POSTING.....IF YOU SEE WHAT PEOPLE WHO OWN THEM SAY YOUR WOULD NEVER BUY ONE....

tjenk712 4 months ago tjenk712 4 months ago FINALLY A VIDEO THAT HAS COMMENTS ALLOWED...We bought one of these useless toys here in Oman...it gets boring after 10 minutes...it bearly dives (5-10 seconds MAX) only to cover the canopy then go up again....It does not handle as well as a jet ski and is MUCH slower. God help you in any waves...you will puke in 2 minutes. We needed new seals due to water leaks after the first 5 hours and the company has not sent us ANYTHING after 2 months...they ruined our summer....

A: .... until a Killer Whale or Great White intercepts you from below at 45 MPH shattering the vehicle leaving you strapped in as an easy-to-eat hors d'oeuvre....

B: .... there is bound to be one future owner who will foolishly cause havoc (hopefully w/o death) upon himself or others by drunk driving.....

C: .... I'm sure not only will someone think this is a underwater UFO, but some owners will see UFOs they never would have seen had they not been out skimming around ....

D: .... I hate the fact that this thing is an advertisement... Don't get me wrong, its VERY cool (sour grapes aside). But I can't help but wonder... in theory.... if one person sees this device presented here in ATS for our 'amusement' and subsequently buys one, (or goes the 'credit' route).... then, haven't we allowed commercialism in? We must suffer the fact that this platform and our hosts have invested in it, and peddling products on their back seems ... low.

Oh well, I suppose their ARE other ways to look at this....

I wonder how loud it is? They didn't let us hear the engine driving that puppy. Range is another question I'm wondering about. I suppose It wouldn't hurt to review their marketing material on their website... but still.... there is something 'wrong' with letting a pure 'commercial' stand on it's own as an OP.

No offense OP.... just pondering out loud (so to speak.)

What do you all think?

What a rubbish recomendation. But they would be great for kamakazi attacks. If you were an extremist obviously.

Seen one . They work on a jet ski motor hense no prolonged underwater capability. They're trying to get over that by cutting the motor and running on battery power then starting the motor when back on the surface.

You bring up some good points.
I did not intend to promote there advertisement. That thought hadn't even crossed my mind. I just came across it and thought it was quite and interesting invention and wanted to share it here.

I only mentioned the cost as i knew some people may ask this.

And yes, as with land vehicles you will get one stupid person ether killing them selfs or harming others whilst under the influence of alcohol or just plain stupidity in showing off to there friends.

Other than all the above i personally still find it of interest.

No offence taken

Well, at least wishing is possible. It really depends how the product does. Has anyone seen this anywhere?

Nice Find.

there seem to be three competing crafts built on the same design. one is already featured in the OP, and there are these two:

although i'd take this one over the three dolphins

then there's this

The SAS submarine is a creation of beauty I agree, but for some reason the dolphin theme made the idea for me.

Star to you for the info,
Thank you
