No "New Topic" or "Reply" buttons in BTS?

I just went to Below Top Secret, and wanted to post a couple of new topics. However, I noticed that in all of the sections that there were no "New Topic" or "Reply" buttons in the upper right corner of the page to click on!
What's going on here?

You have to login on BTS seperately.

I'm seeing them fine on several threads in several forums on BTS.
Are you logged in?
Is it just one thread or on all of them?
Can you take a screenshot?
