On Jan 3rd of this year, the 9/11 Commission released a group of their "Memorandum for the Record" documents that basically document the interviews
they did for the commission's report. Things like where the interview was done, by whom, who was being interviewed. Their background history, and
what was said during the interview.
The site Cryptome.org
cryptome.org... has posted all of the documents, they include interviews of three NSA agents, one CIA and FBI agent, and
two FBI translators. Just to name a few. The two translators were Edmond's and Sarshar(my thread about his interview here
www.abovetopsecret.com...). They are all heavily redacted, most of them have even kept the name of the interviewee
secret(for example all of the above mentioned agents names were redacted.
One thing sets them all a part from the Sibel Edmond's document
cryptome.org... her's is completely redacted, every
word. They tell us her background, name, who interviewed her and where. But her entire three hour interview has been completely redacted. Not one
comes, six pages of a seven page document are blank(completely redacted). You can read more about it here
www.boilingfrogspost.com... in a story by Edmond's called "The
“Exceptionally “Redacted 9/11 Commission Interview" where you can find links to all of the agents documents (that are listed above). Or go to the
source at Cryptome.org, they are listed in the order they were released according to the day so most are found right after January third(a little over
half way down the screen on the homepage).
It seems most of the released interviews, even though they are heavily redacted, seem to of all been cleared b/c they all center around supporting
this idea that the sole reason for failure that day was non cooperation between the alphabet agencies. And how they have changed since 9/11.
'I'll leave you with a troubling excerpt from one of the interviews from Captain Liedig. The DDO that was told to sit in at the National Military
Command Center for the General Winfield at 830am on Sept 11 2001. Who just happened to excuse himself from command and control of the NMCC right as
the attacks began, leaving what some might say was a under qualified person in command. He's explaining what was happening right after they saw that
the first tower had been hit, but before the second one had been hit(so between 846am and 903am), that they had called the FAA as soon as they saw
this on TV...
He was prompted that the senior operations officer went to gather up as much information as he could and he recalled that one call was made to the
FAA. He thought commander Gardener actually made that call. FAA had a report of a hijacked plane out of Boston. They asked if the FAA needed any
assistance. The answer was "no", the pilot had called in and said everything was under control and he was going to land at New York shortly. This
call was made to the FAA operations center.
