I did google it and found nothing of people having dreams. All it takes is one person to say they did and the next thing you know all kinds of people come out with the same dream. its the Internet for crying out loud.

Ive often wondered why the US isn't referenced in bible 'end times' prophecy.

The USA didn't even exist then, so obviously it wasn't mentioned. Why wouldn't the Russians just attack from the West like the Chinese? Russia would have an insane amount of sea to cover, which would just be a waste of time and fuel. Then you have to think about their troops getting past Europe, if we decide to "save your arse" as you often put it.

If Russia and China invade America they will suffer huge i mean HUGE casualties, there are more guns and gun owners in America than both of those armies combined. All battles in this scenario would be building by building, house by house, block by block and with the losses that they would have and the logistics involved in supporting troops for that type of warfare for a sustained period is just mind boggling. Admiral Yamamoto said it best when talking about a invasion on US soil, "You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass".

The gun industry is a huge business in America and one of the most profitable in recent times, even when the stock market collapsed a few years ago the gun industry was booming making record profits and it continues to grow to this day. Honestly the only way another country could win a ground war on American soil would be by using nukes and even then there would still be huge pockets of Patriotic Americans not willing to give up there country that so many before them had given there lives to protect. A war on US soil would be any countries death sentence and all foes of the United States of America know this. Now if Firearms were ever to be banned in America then this would be a different story and we would be very easy to overtake by an enemy force because people wouldn't be able to defend themselves, rocks and sticks vs. assault rifles is not even fair.

If the Chinese/Russians decide to invade America, it won't just be infantry that is part of it. They'd have tanks, artillery etc. There is no way anyone in America would be able to take on a tank with a hand gun or a shotgun. They'd get killed before they could even react. Also, soldiers are especially trained to survive and operate in combat situations, most normal people would cower at the sound of gunfire, panic and be an easy target. There is no way civilians may be able to take on a fully equipped army or specialist team (well maybe a few people could take out a bunch of soldiers, but they'd die/run out of ammo in the end)

Haha you think tanks can't be beat? A few terrain alterations and you could sit back and watch the fun. Knowing your terrain beats a tank As for enemy "special forces" I do think that people who know the land would make any foreign SO team into chopped meat. High tech toys do not guarantee a victory. They just insure a more expensive war

There's more than one disabled former American Tank driver who will argue that a foot soldier can be plenty dangerous to armored vehicles. Even more KIA's to attest to this.

True, you're not likely to die of a gunshot wound while riding around in a tank. The Iraqis have spent a decade now though, showing us that Tank does not equal safe.

They're obviously not invincible, but they'd take a battering before they went down. They could decimate a town/city with artillery fire/air raids first, then move in with the ground troops. They'd need to get past your air defences though, mind you

You underestimate peoples will to survive when forced to defend themselves and there families. There are many ways to fight tanks, tanks are not made for Urban Warfare and tanks have many weak spots a can of gasoline tossed on a tank and lit will knock out even the heaviest armored tank just look at the stuff they do in Iraq and Afghanistan, IED's will put the brakes on a whole armored division. Find the enemies camp, infiltrate it and stuff the main bore of the gun barrel with some logs, run for cover create a false invasion let them hop in there tanks and fire there guns and they self destruct Google "Squib Load" for more info, there are countless ways its always harder to Attack Foreign land than it is to Defend Familiar soil. If Russia was so good at being able to overpower insurgents in a ground war then how come they got there butts kicked when they attacked Afghanistan in the 80's and were chased out of that country with there tails between there legs by pockets of insurgents armed with AK-47's and RPG's, and Russia was much more of a powerful military in the 80's then they are today.

funny thinking like that got the biggest german army in existence crushed by russians with booze a rag and fire you can kill a tank you just have to be unconventional,as for training and survival i know more then a few people personaly who hunt for there own food and can handle them selves pretty well over all wouldnt rate them as "soldiers" but they still would be highly effective and whats to stop the us goverment in case of a invasion from just passing out guns and ammo like there going out of style we have arsenals of weapons old and new hell im sure we still got a bunch of old rifles and whatnot left over from ww2 if its good enough to kill german ss and Japanese its good enough to shoot Russians and Chinese.

threads nonsesne usa aint gonan get invaded because right now no one else has enough boats to get here in signifigant numbers and yeah i guess they could try to containership thing but whats to stop us from just nuking there beach head scorched earth Sherman taught it well to the south..... im sure we would enjoy teaching it to any one who invaded us chinese russian or otherwise

Yes, Tanks need fuel, men need food and showers. They may have Tanks but they cannot LIVE in them. Tanks have limitations such as fuel. Soldiers need supplies and supply lines and they have to barracks and eat. One of the "secrets" of the cold war was the Soviet army could only supply a European War Front for a few weeks. They would have been lucky to make it past the Rhine. Neither of these countries have the surface fleet to supply such an invasion long term. It would be like the "Bay of Pigs Invasion"

There has only been one invasion force to successfully attack America since our independence was established. War of 1812 which America started. Not going to get into attacks by rogue(possibly; false flag) operations as they're not definitely recognized.

I can tell you from people I know, across California from San Fransisco to Los Angeles back towards Riverside. We're up for the fight. People here, mostly Northern folk vote democrat/left thinkers, but we have the guns, guts, know how to defend our land. Would be a guerrilla warfare not much different from Vietnam, except you'd still have 35-plus states to contend with.

I don't agree what our "elected leaders" chose to do, but when it comes to OUR land, OUR freedoms, I'd be more than willing to die to protect it. Nationalism is something I could never see diminishing from most Americans mindset.

Well, first off...America could NEVER be caught off guard. You bring up China's 200,000,000 million man army but don't you realize that they have to come over in ships and planes? America will see them coming from one thousand miles away...

You do realize that the American Resistance would be the stuff of nightmares. Combine rugged terrain with a lot of people owning guns and you have a recipe for the worst guerilla warfare since... well, since the American Revolution.

Did it strike you that they may already be here, and most Americans support them, They are here with their Chinese Food stands, The revolution has already started and they are spreading fast, brace yourself and stop fueling their cause by buying Chinese food! But its so gooooood.

Just look at the troubles allied troops have in Afghanistan and Iraq. That would be times a million in America. I wouldn't even go near downtown LA, Chicago, or Detroit. They are already war zones. Give all those people a common enemy watch the you know what hit the fan.

Wars in the future will all be done via missiles and bombs and hacking. China hacking into America and disabling our power grids and traffic systems and cutting of satellite communications would cause total chaos.
