Many cultures believe that the pineal gland is our 'Third eye', the psychic centre of our brains.

Now here comes the conspiracies..

Now for arguments sake imagine that the pineal gland IS our third eye and the government found out about this a while ago. In an effort to suppress our spirituality they looked at ways in which they could disable the pineal gland and therefore dehumanise the population. Upon researching this issue they discovered that fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland slowing down its process. After discovering this they decided to put fluoride in your drinking water supplies under the false pretence that it was good for your oral health. Even though mainstream dental and health organisations now understand that fluoride in the drinking water does NOT aid in oral health.

One of the primary functions of the pineal gland is to produce melatonin, a hormone which regulates sleep and inhibits the onset of puberty in children.

The human pineal gland grows in size until about 1–2 years of age, remaining stable thereafter,[16][17] although its weight increases gradually from puberty onwards.[18][19] The abundant melatonin levels in children are believed to inhibit sexual development, and pineal tumors have been linked with precocious puberty. When puberty arrives, melatonin production is reduced. Calcification of the pineal gland is typical in adults.

So now we have established that fluoride inhibits the production of melatonin thus quickening the onset of puberty in both males and females. As most of you know , pretty much all commercialism nowadays relies heavily on sexual suggestion and imagery. With more and more children becoming sexually aware at earlier ages they are naturally more susceptible to consumerism meaning more money for the mega corporations.

So if fluoride in the pineal gland quickens the onset of puberty by inhibiting melatonin production, don't you think this could be a good way for the corporations to sell more products? We all know that corporations have a lot of power and control, some would even say total control.

What do you guys think?

I think there is more behind the fluoride conspiracy than 'Killing us' or making us more docile. After connecting the dots this situation makes a LOT more sense to me.

The calcification of the pineal gland is an extremely worrying possibility - and one which I totally agree is being deliberately sought by the PTB. New Age Man has a thread going which dealt with ways in which to reverse the effects of calcification (amongst many other useful and fascinating health/spirituality tidbits).

I remember finding some research in one of the accessible online science journal/ news sites a while back which referenced similar degradation of pineal function in monkeys being dosed with Olanzapine, a commonly prescribed 'anti-psychotic'. It seems to me that the spiritual-psychic function of this particular gland has been known about for a long time, and research has been commissioned/ undertaken purely to find ways to disrupt the psycho-spiritual properties of it, for both positive and nefarious reasons. Psychotic patients often 'hear voices' and this can be linked to a sort of 'spiritual breach' in the energetic substance of the body/brain/ aura-chakras.. I suspect the the PTB have sought a means of shutting down the pineal gland in order to 'jam the channels' between this world and the next... That would be a positive aspect of the application of such research (though are there perhaps other, more 'enlightened' ways to heal the cross-fading of energies between the realms..?)

A nefarious reason for this calcification process being sought would be the dumbing down and 'materialisation' of the masses. The addition of fluoride to water may be a milder method of achieving this without a course of anti-psychotics. Both methods would 'jam' the pineal gland; the anti-psychotic meds would do it relatively quickly, whereas the fluoride would be a 'whole-life' lessening of the gland's functionality. Perfect to stop people from meddling about with more positive philosophies, to keep them trained solely on this world for as long as possible... Also backed up by the gradual trend that people pay less attention to spiritual matters/ dreams and the use of imagination as they get older (at least until they come to an awareness of their own mortality late in life).

Well, here's some interesting details emerging from my checks into the research I mentioned...

The article I originally thought referred to calcification of the pineal gland does not in fact refer to the pineal gland. Instead, it refers to a reduction in size of the parietal cortex as a result of treatment with the anti-psychotic olanzapine. The parietal cortex is the area of the brain responsible for the electrical impulses which constitute our sensation of having 'free will'...

NB - It's important to read the second link I provide in order to understand a very simple and effective study, forming the backdrop for what I'm referring to and speculating upon in this post.

Seems we may have a scientific basis for an hypothesis concerning 'free will being tampered with', in patients with schizophrenia... If a parietal cortex of ordinary functionality is a facilitator of whatever biological / psycho-spiritual factors cause schizophrenia, then the reduction in size of this region after dosing with Olanzapine - leading to a lessening of the effects - may point us neatly to what could really be happening with schizophrenia as an illness.

The parietal cortex works in tandem with the premotor cortex to coordinate movements of the body under conscious control. The 'intention' comes from the parietal cortex, and the 'action' comes form the premotor cortex. If the pineal gland, as the 'bridge' between the different layers of reality (ask any Indian Yogic master) is 'hacked' by a psychic energy form, that energy form might relay its intentions for the 'host' via direct stimulation of the premotor cortex; ergo, 'possession'. The premotor cortex when stimulated can lead to actions being completed (such as the raising of a hand), without the test subject being aware that the action has taken place.

Full 'possession'/ dissociative schizophrenia is characterised by a dissolution of the former personality, to be replaced by one or more alter-personalities/ 'entities'. If the pineal gland is calcified, does that lead to a reduction in the ability of people to resist infiltration by such entities/personaities? Is that why we see more evidence of 'demonic' behaviors in society these days?

Some victims of schizophrenia/ 'classical possession' claim that they can sense a force trying to move their hands/ alter their intentions. They describe it as though another entity is trying to impose its will upon them, even to the point that actions are completed without their 'consent'. Ideally, the entity (almost invariably 'nefarious' or evil in its intention) would try to bring the host's will into line with its own; hence the stimulation of the parietal cortex, in attempts to cloud out/ suppress the free will of the host. If the host begins to lose the hope of controlling themselves, they will more easily succumb to the pressure of the entity, allowing some nasty deed to be completed through them, or simply becoming apathetic as to the presence of the entity, which may be there for many different reasons (not necessarily a topic for discussion here, though I believe that these entities are real and are present in all cultures of the world today).

Carlos Castenada referred to them as psychic vampires (though I don't have a source for that), and of course in the West we generally know them as demons..

A healthy control of the energetic properties of one's body is an effective way to maintain a watchful eye over our own mind, will and emotions (collectively, these are what constitutes our 'soul' - the bit that makes us, 'us').

Disciplines like Tai Chi are supposedly excellent for such control of our soul/ spirit energy (I haven't gotten around to trying it yet); silent meditation/ prayer also works well. I personally have a Christian faith (faith in the divine person of Christ), and have found that I am able to counteract the apparent manifestation of demonic entities in other people, or in the environment, by calling on Him.
