Installation in New Mexico(?)

There's this Biological Research Installation in, I think New Mexico, where they research and study the structures of organisms.
I think they try to enhance the organism by mixing DNAs.
I don't know what the place is called.
Does anybody have a clue as to what I may be referring to?

this could be any number of installations. dna enhancement is very popular now. any number of research companies could have a plant in new mexico.

dulce... to my knowledge, no one knows where that is (or at least, no one has been able to tell the public exactly where the front door is)... so if it is dulce, you've made quite a find....

It's not Dulce.
I found out about it after looking at something about Vampires and Zombies.
I don't believe in Vampires and Zombies, but in they mentioned the facility where they enhance DNA.
I can't remember the name...
