i didnt know where to post this but this is hilarious.

do you guys think this is right and should be enforced?

and if so how hard is it going to be to enforce?

Not only are they saying we can do what we want - they are laughing at the people while they are doing it.

I spent 10 minutes attempting to prove this a hoax.... I am terrified to say, this is honestly being discussed.. Impossible to prove... That guy is right... This is embarrassing that some form of Govt. somewhere, is truly discussing this.

i dont think farting in public is acceptable behaviour to be honest...what u do in your own home is fine but i dont want to be in the cinema, being smothered by the smell of anothers bowels, or be eating a resturaunt and have to hear or smell it...

we do have public restrooms ....

im not sayin its bad to do it in the street ...but in places where there is food and u are closed off then no its not acceptable.

the average human farts 15-30 times a day. It is an uncontrollable human process and banning it in public would be like saying, you can't sneeze in public or you will be fined. Yea, you may be able to hold it for a but, but eventually it will come out. I wonder if the police will apply the "you smelt it, you delt it" rule.

Absolutely ridiculous. Farting is one of God's gifts to mankind, next to burping.

Silent farting will now be considered "terrorism", I bet.

well silent farts generally have the worst impact....they are like stealth bombers....go undetected until the eggy stench hits your nostrils by which time its too late and your engulfed....least with loud ones u hear em coming and have about ten seconds to get the hell outta dodge
