I know it can be done, because I've seen other signatures with commas, quotes, apostrophes, etc. but it will not let me
use anything but a period. I am using firefox and each time I change my signature to the correct way, hit submit, it takes all punctuation out. I can't have a signature that makes me look stupid
, and it will, if there's no punctuation. Is it just firefox? Pls. tell me how to fix this.

I have encountered the same exact issue and find it quite annoying.

Answers please...

Something to do with the update last autumn.
Those who put punctuation in their signatures before then, kept it. Anyone who set up a new signature after that, or amended an existing one, lost the punctuation.
Look at other threads on this forum, because this query has come up before and someone discovered a work-around.

That's a great workaround! Thanks for posting that, I had tried to use ";" instead of punctation, but your workaround is by far better.

Thank you! I knew it could be done. I'll have to keep that site bookmarked for future use.
