Sick and tired of another "small unmanned" crafts.

Humans need to Dream, and conquer uncharted borders.

Are you certain that #2 is not a real Dream and a really uncharted territory?

Sometimes you need to step out of kindergarten mind set, sorry for being harsh here. There is more to science and exploration than looking for traces of Klingon currency on Titan.

Is this a pie in the sky thread or is there any basis of on our current technological capacity in these equations?!??!?!

a) where do they propose this 'Twenty mile long' scope be?
b) I thought Lisa was American, and already underway, correct me if I seem too pretentious.
c) EJSM/Laplace, pie in the sky dream, you will never live long enough to get data from 'it'.

We simply have no propulsion system to venture out, yes I heard of a lot of the proposals, I don't think the science is sound or assessable at this time, let alone functional.

It's a joint project. What their "choice" might mean is not clear to me. Maybe the scale of financing, or scale of possible upgrades.
