FAQ? What FAQ? I don't see a link to a FAQ.

I see this thread was started 7 years ago, so undoubtedly some things have changed.

But right now, in Jan 2011, I can't find it. (And I consider myself an expert at online
forums since I've run a few in the past)

But I digress. I'm sure I'll find it eventually.
