What would the world look like after the fall of the American Empire?

Ok. the American or actually Roman empire falls, The US Great Britain, Western Europe Australia an Canada and so on... The US goes bankrupt and is no longer able to afford military spending. The US army falls apart.

The western world cut of from its big brothers fire power finds it self in a hostile world once again.
Russia has already reestablished most of its area of influence which they lost with the fall of the sovjet union.

Turkey is a role model for the Arab world and highly influential in its region.

The European Union still is a young alliance without a strong military structure.... Yet...

The European union unable to defend themselves will be divided. A Northern alliance with Germany as major power which will include Britain , France, Belgium , the Netherlands and maybe even Scandinavia.

The Mediterranean area with Spain, Portugal, Italy and also Northern African nations will team up. Russia will grab hold of Eastern Europe once more and Turkey will rule the Arabian region and Greece. They will growbigger then they were in the days of the Ottoman empire.

The Chinese will mind their own and only because of the battle for resources encounters will happen.

There will be an outbreak of national and regional wars between old enemies when their peace keep is gone.
There will be forged new alliances. because of the meddling from the empire will no longer guide the way for them.
