The news points to abotu 3-4 wells being on fire, not even fields. For comparision, over 300 wells were on fire in Kuwait.

I don't know what's a gallon, but I pay my benzine more than 1 � for 1 liter. It sucks !

If memory serves, but I could be a little rusty.... As it's been a while since I've had to use metric.... I keep wondering why we in America haven't gone to it, but I guess I have a different perspective growing up all over....

im not shure of how many liter's there are in a gallon but we (queensland, aust) are paying between 88c and 98c per liter for unleaded petrol. which is really cheap compared to other states in aust who pay between $1.10 and up to $1.30 per liter. mind you i think we have a government subsidy of about 10% over other states too.

oh and yes sadam is a naughty boy.
