Who would you accept 'disclosure' from?

I have a few questions for them.

Just exactly what technology was given to us by them
and which ones were stolen or back engineered ???
Then I'd ask them about their faith or spirituality???
And lastly, WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG ???

Probably the Dali lama. He seems to be the most peaceful and understanding man on the planet to me. He should be our spokesperson for Earth and to disclose it. I am sure the Chinese government would go to war over that decision though.

"Disclosure" to me means disclosure by authorities that there has been a cover-up. It doesn't mean aliens landing in Times Square and saying, "Howdy. We're here." It doesn't mean that Panama or Fiji or San Marino has "disclosed" all their UFO files. I don't care which government does it. The only one I have a right to ask is my own. For practical matters it would seem the USA, Russia, and maybe China are the only ones likely to have a great deal of information. But this begs the question. I would suggest that the current White House knows very little, if anything. Why would they? Why would anyone with real knowledge impart it to a short-term dufus left-wing administration? In a word, it would not be "prudent." Without getting into speculation, we already know that's how it works. Truman did not know about the atomic bomb until he became President. Roosevelt was the only one who knew. He got Congress to give him the money on trust. They did not know either. So although the White House and Congress love to grandstand on big issues, what do they know? I wouldn't trust them for a minute.

My "perfect disclosure moment" would be a combination of NASA and high-ranking military telling the story and begging forgiveness. No politicians. No Exo-politics dweebs. Just a straightforward, "This is what we did and this is where we are"approach.

This would amount to a coup, of course.

I think I agree there, that would be a good disclosure, explaining each of the cover-ups and what happened during after and since, actually that would make a great film, go back to Roswell and explain where they took the stuff and how they have reverse engineered from it and so on through all the cover ups until where we are now.

Since we are reaching out here, I all ready know in my heart they are here for the most part. As far as the proof, I think I would take something happening like all firearms cease to fire, and all missile silos fail.
A craft hovering over cities would really have to be multiple, but that would be questioned on who they really belong too. Now if huge craft rose from the oceans or large bodies of water, that might be different.

I basically concur with the others that say from the visitors themselves. Obviously man just cant be trusted sad to say.

To be honest, it would have to come from the Extraterrestrials themselves. Even if the President himself came on National Television and said that we are being visited and have been for years, a lot of people here and elsewhere could just as easily write it off as a disinformation campaign of some sort. So it would take some hard evidence.

I know there already here.. so I don't need disclosure from the goverment that tells a lie on top of a lie. But for the people that don't believe they need to see the visitors themself.

I only accept disclosure from an actual reptilian or grey or draconian .....that come out of a giant space craft hovering above my head and shake my hand. Obama or politicians just cannot cut it.
