Wisconsin tells Obama where to put his un Constitutional Law!

Boy oh boy, things are getting interesting, very, very interesting. By the Courts action that deemed the entire Obama Care bill null and void, the federal government must cease and desist implementing the un Constitutional law. This is the duty of the courts according to current jurisprudence. Until a higher court overturns the ruling, the federal government must stop implementation. Otherwise the federal government has completely gone against Constitutional authority and will cause a Constitutional breakdown.

A day after a federal judge struck down the government's plan to overhaul the health-care system, Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen issued a stern statement: "This means that, for Wisconsin, the federal health care law is dead," and that his state "was relieved of any obligations or duties" to carry out the statute.

Yes, others have different opinions, but by the courts very decision makes the law null and void. Until it is overturned, implementing the legislation is only furthering the Constitutional breakdown.
