Defence Intelligence Agencies and the UFO phenomenon

When the Disclosure Australia Project was locating, examining and publishing material on files relating to UFOs found in the record systems of Australian Government departments, I carried out a two year correspondence with the Australian Minister for Defence. This eventually led to the release of a previously secret file originating with the Department of Defence's Joint Intelligence Organisation (JIO) (see the final report of the Project at disclosureaustralia.freewebpages.org...) This led to some interesting insights into the JIO's thinking on the subject.
